Zolitta Clippers Warranty
- All Zolitta clippers are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for 1 year from the date of purchase (limited to the motor and control panel).
- Clippers are satisfaction guaranteed for the full cost within 7 days from the purchase date, provided they are unopened and undamaged.
- Clippers must be returned to the Zolitta shipping center along with a copy of the purchase receipt for warranty claims.
- Any clippers that are damaged, dropped, misused, mishandled, abused, or otherwise not cared for will be rejected.
- Clippers exhibiting anomalies or malfunction within the first 15 days of use will be replaced, while those exceeding the 15-day window will be repaired as needed, at Zolitta, LLC's discretion. The warranty includes spare parts and labor if a repair is required.
- All clippers must be shipped with prepaid freight to our service center. If the clipper is covered under warranty, a new or repaired unit will be shipped at no cost. If the unit is out of warranty, all repair and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of blades or shells, or cord damage resulting from usage or mishandling.
- The warranty is void if the clipper has been treated carelessly, used improperly, used with an incorrect supply voltage, or used with accessories produced by unauthorized companies.
-The warranty is void if blades and clipper were treated with coolant and lubricated sprites and if there are signs of any liquid inside the clipper including but not limited to coolant, lubricating sprays, WD-40, disinfectant sprays, REM oil, etc

I'm just getting used to the Wave. I thought it would be lighter and quieter.

Since using these clippers, my carpal tunnel has been much calmer. My previous clippers would agitate it to the point of effecting my use of hand. The Wave Cordless has been a fantastic investment. The battery life is well lasting. 1 battery will last me 5 full body grooms on medium sized dogs. Typically I only need 1 battery a day. But if not, it's good to have the backup. I will definitely be suggesting these clippers to associates

I've used the previous versions and now this one. I noticed the difference immediately. These are stunning and noticeably lighter and quieter. Fits in my hands and so much easier to handle. 10/10 recommend. These are my favorite clippers by far.
