1. Location and Governing Law

Zolitta, LLC is located in Madison, New Jersey. All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. By purchasing from Zolitta, LLC, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Times: Estimates range from 2 to 7 business days from the date of order.

  • Rates: Shipping rates apply to destinations within the United States and Puerto Rico.

  • Transfer of Risk (F.O.B. Shipping Point): Responsibility for the goods transfers to the Customer once the package is delivered to the carrier. Zolitta, LLC is not liable for carrier delays or errors once the tracking status is updated to "Accepted" or "In Transit".

  • Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping fees for multiple items; please inquire about combined shipping before placing your order.

3. International Orders

International shipping requires prior approval. International sales are FINAL and non-returnable. The Customer is responsible for all international taxes and duties incurred by their country.

4. Fraud Prevention and Security

  • Verification: Zolitta, LLC reserves the right to request a Government ID for verification on orders over $300 or for first-time customers. All copies are securely deleted immediately after identity confirmation.

  • Signature Requirement: A signature is mandatory for all orders exceeding $300. If the order is returned due to a lack of signature, additional shipping fees for re-delivery will apply.

5. Undeliverable and Unclaimed Packages

Any orders that are not received by the Customer due to the buyer's fault for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery) and are returned to Zolitta, LLC will be processed within up to 3 business days from the date of return receipt.

  • Refunds: The cost of the items will be refunded, minus any applicable return handling fees. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Free Shipping Orders: For orders that initially qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Zolitta, LLC to send the package will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Method of Refund: Refunds may be issued either to the original payment card used for the purchase or as store credit to the customer’s store account.

6. Inspection and Delivery Issues

  • 3-Day Inspection Window: Customers have 3 business days from delivery to inspect all items for factory defects, physical damage, or missing components. After this period, the goods are considered accepted.

  • Lost Packages: Zolitta, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.

7. Return and Refund Policy (Unused Items)

  • Conditions: Returns of unused items in original packaging are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

  • Ineligible Items: No returns are accepted for magazines, DVDs, shampoos, sprays, liquids, blades (unless defective), attachment combs, brushes, or combs due to hygiene standards.

  • Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer assumes all responsibility for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped in cardboard boxes; those sent in envelopes will be rejected.

8. Professional Scissors & Shears Policy

  • Inspection: A 3-business-day window applies for reporting physical damage such as scratches or nicks.

  • Blades: Performance claims regarding the quality of the cut are accepted within 14 days and are subject to factory inspection.

  • Restoration Service: If performance issues are identified within 14 days, Zolitta, LLC may, at its discretion, provide complimentary restoration.

  • Shipping for Restoration: The Customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs to our service center.

9. Clipper Warranty

  • Coverage: 1-year limited warranty on the motor and control panel.

  • Requirement: The original charger must be used to maintain warranty eligibility.

  • Initial Period: Malfunctions within the first 15 days qualify for replacement; after 15 days, units will be repaired at the company's discretion.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear of blades, shells, cord damage, or damage from drops are not covered.

10. Limitation of Liability and Class Action Waiver

Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect damages or injuries. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and the Customer waives the right to participate in a class action.
