Terms & Conditions

1. Location and Governing Law

Zolitta, LLC is located in Madison, New Jersey. All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. By purchasing from Zolitta, LLC, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.


2. Shipping, Delivery and Risk Transfer

  • Shipping Times: Delivery estimates range from 2 to 7 business days from the date of order.
  • Rates: Shipping rates apply to destinations within the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping fees for multiple items; please inquire about combined shipping before placing your order.
  • Transfer of Risk (F.O.B. Shipping Point): Responsibility for the goods transfers to the Customer once the package is delivered to the carrier. Zolitta, LLC is not liable for carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages once the tracking status is updated to "Accepted", "In Transit", or confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.

3. International Orders

International shipping requires prior approval. All international sales are FINAL and non-returnable. The Customer is solely responsible for all international taxes, customs duties, and fees incurred by their country.


4. Fraud Prevention, Security and Verification

  • Identity Verification: Zolitta, LLC reserves the right to request a Government ID for verification on orders over $300 or for first-time customers. All copies are securely deleted immediately after identity confirmation.
  • Signature Requirement: A signature is mandatory for all orders exceeding $300. If an order is returned due to a lack of signature, additional shipping fees for re-delivery will apply.

5. Delivery Issues and 3-Day Inspection Window

  • 3-Day Inspection Window: Customers have 3 business days from the delivery date to inspect all items for factory defects, physical damage (such as scratches or nicks on shears), or missing components. After this period, the goods are legally considered accepted in perfect condition.
  • Transit Damage: If your order arrives damaged, you must take clear photos of the packaging and items and email them to us within this 3-business-day window.

6. General Return & Refund Policy (Unused Items)

  • Timeframe: Returns of unused items in their original, unopened packaging are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all qualified returns.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. The customer assumes all responsibility and costs for return shipping. If the returned order initially qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Zolitta, LLC to send the package will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Packaging Requirement: Returns must be shipped securely in cardboard boxes. Returns shipped in paper or padded envelopes will be automatically rejected.
  • Strictly Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are completely ineligible for return or exchange (unless a factory defect is reported within the 3-day inspection window): 
    • Blades (unless defective)
    • Attachment combs, brushes, and combs
    • Shampoos, sprays, and liquids
    • Magazines and DVDs

7. How to Initiate a Return

We do not accept unauthorized returns. To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to info@zolitta.com with your Order Number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and reply with detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before receiving our confirmation.
  3.  Pack and Ship: For all standard returns, the customer must independently purchase, generate, and print their own return shipping label through a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) at their own expense. Zolitta, LLC does not provide or issue return shipping labels upon customer request. Place the unused item in a cardboard box along with a copy of your invoice, apply your generated label, and ship it to our official address.

8. Undeliverable and Unclaimed Packages

If an order is not received by the Customer due to the buyer's fault (including but not limited to: incorrect/incomplete address, failure to collect the package from the carrier, or refusal of delivery) and is returned to Zolitta, LLC, it will be processed within 3 business days of receipt under the following terms:

  • Refund Deductions: The cost of the items will be refunded, minus any applicable return handling fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Free Shipping Orders: For orders that initially qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Zolitta, LLC to send the package will be deducted from the refund.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds may be issued either to the original payment card used for the purchase or as store credit to the customer’s account.

9. Product-Specific Policies & Warranties

Professional Scissors & Shears

  • Initial Inspection: Physical damage (scratches, nicks) must be reported within the 3-day inspection window.
  • Performance Claims: Claims regarding the quality of the cut must be reported within 14 days of delivery and are subject to factory inspection.
  • Restoration Service: If performance issues are verified within 14 days of delivery, Zolitta, LLC may, at its discretion, provide complimentary restoration. The Customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs to our service center.

Clipper Warranty

  • Coverage: 1-year limited warranty on the motor and control panel.
  • Requirement: The original charger must be used to maintain warranty eligibility.
  • Initial 14 Days: Mechanical malfunctions occurring within the first 14 days of delivery qualify for a replacement unit. After 14 days, units will be repaired at the company's discretion.
  • Shipping: The Customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the clipper unit to our service center for warranty inspection and repair.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear of blades, shells, cord damage, or damage caused by drops are strictly excluded from coverage.

10. Limitation of Liability and Class Action Waiver

Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. Zolitta, LLC is not liable for indirect damages or injuries. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and the Customer waives the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
