1. General Return Policy (Unused Items)
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns of unused items in their original, unopened packaging are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all qualified returns.
- Return Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer assumes all responsibility and costs for return shipping.
- Packaging Requirement: Returns must be shipped securely in cardboard boxes. Returns shipped in paper or padded envelopes will be automatically rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, the following items are completely ineligible for return or exchange (unless a factory defect is reported within the 3-day inspection window):
- Blades (unless defective)
- Attachment combs
- Brushes and combs
- Shampoos, sprays, and liquids
- Magazines and DVDs
2. Undeliverable & Unclaimed Packages
If an order is not received by the Customer due to the buyer's fault for any reason (including but not limited to: incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to collect the package from the carrier, or refusal of delivery) and is returned to Zolitta, LLC, it will be processed as a return:
- Refund Deductions: The cost of the items will be refunded, minus any applicable return handling fees. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Free Shipping Orders: For orders that initially qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Zolitta, LLC to send the package will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Refund Method: Refunds may be issued either to the original payment card used for the purchase or as store credit to the customer’s store account.
3. Inspection Window & Damaged Deliveries
- 3-Day Inspection Window: Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Customers have 3 business days from the delivery date to report any factory defects, physical damage, or missing components for a return or replacement. After this 3-day period, the goods are considered accepted in perfect condition.
- Transit Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and email us within 3 business days.
- Lost Packages: Zolitta, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier tracking system.
4. Product-Specific Return Rules
- Scissors & Shears: Performance claims regarding the quality of the cut must be reported within 14 days of purchase and are subject to factory inspection.
- Clippers (Initial 15 Days): Mechanical malfunctions occurring within the first 15 days of purchase qualify for a replacement unit.

5. How to Initiate a Return
We do not accept unauthorized returns. To start a return process, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Send an email to info@zolitta.com with your Order Number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Await Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and reply with detailed instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving our confirmation.
- Pack and Ship: Place the unused item in a cardboard box along with a copy of your invoice, and ship it using a trackable method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to our address below.
