• We are located in New Jersey, United States.
Shipping
• Shipping times range from 2 to 7 business days from the date of order, depending on your geographical location.
• Unless otherwise specified, all shipping rates are calculated for destinations within the United States and Puerto Rico.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
• Note: we do not offer international shipping by default. If you wish to place an international order, kindly reach out to us beforehand to obtain a shipping quote. If you place an international order without prior contact, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee. We are not responsible for any international taxes and duties that may be incurred.
Combined Shipping
• For customers ordering multiple items, we offer the option to combine shipping fees. Please inquire about combined shipping before placing your order.
Signature Requirement
• For all orders exceeding $300 in value, a signature from the customer is mandatory upon delivery. If you fail to sign after all given attempts by the post provider and the order is shipped back to us, you may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Fraud Prevention
• Zolitta, LLC may request additional information including, but not limited to, your Government ID for verification on orders over $350 for first time customers.
• You may block out your ID number for privacy purposes. We are looking for a match on your name and address in an effort to support the customer against potential fraud.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Lost orders are processed using your supplied shipping information entered at the time of order placement. With this in mind, customer assumes all responsibility for entering the proper information at that time.
• Zolitta, LLC will not replace your order free of charge and does not take any responsibility if this information is entered incorrectly causing your order to become lost.
• Only items returned to us through the shipping providers will be shipped again. Upon the order leaving our facility, all responsibility is relinquished to the intended receiver.
• Any issues regarding whereabouts of delivered packages are left to the customer to contact their local post provider for assistance.
Warranty
• There is no warranty provided for blades or attachment combs.
• Zolitta scissors come with a 6-month warranty from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover scissors that have been dropped, damaged, or have nicks on the blades. Warranty claims will be void if scissors are repaired by unauthorized services.
Zolitta Clipper Warranty
• All Zolitta clippers are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for 1 year from the date of purchase (limited to the motor and control panel).
• Clippers are satisfaction guaranteed for the full cost within 7 days from the purchase date, provided they are unopened and undamaged.
• Clippers must be returned to the Zolitta shipping center along with a copy of the purchase receipt for warranty claims.
• Any clippers that are damaged, dropped, misused, mishandled, abused, or otherwise not cared for will be rejected.
• Clippers exhibiting abnormalities or malfunction within the first 15 days of use will be replaced. However, those exceeding the 15-day window will be repaired as needed, at Zolitta, LLC's discretion. The warranty includes spare parts and labor if a repair is required.
• All clippers must be shipped with prepaid freight to our service center. If the clipper is covered under warranty, a new or repaired unit will be shipped at no cost. If the unit is out of warranty, all repair and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of blades, shells, or cord damage from usage or mishandling.
• The warranty is void if the clipper has been treated carelessly, used improperly, used with an incorrect supply voltage, or used with accessories produced by unauthorized companies.
Returns
• We only accept the return of unused items within 14 days from the initial date of purchase for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Any and all items listed as ineligible for return are excluded from the aforementioned returns clause.
• We accept returns for scissors & shears only in like-new condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us for return approval at info@zolitta.com before shipping your return.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and rust-free. Scissors must be shipped in the original shipping box. We do not accept service/returns for soft mailing packages.
• There are no returns accepted for grooming magazines, DVDs, grooming products (shampoos, conditioners, sprays), blades, attachment combs, brushes, or combs.
• All international sales are final and non-returnable.
• The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs on items shipped back to us for returns or inspections.
Damaged Items
• We require the return of damaged items to qualify for a full refund. No exceptions. We do not replace any goods without receiving the originally shipped item back.
Shipping Fees for Exchanges or Returns
• Shipping fees will not be refunded for any exchange or return orders. If you receive broken or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately (3 days from receiving), and take pictures of the item and the package.
