1. Location and Governing Law
Zolitta, LLC is located in Madison, New Jersey. All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. By purchasing from Zolitta, LLC, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.
2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times: Estimates range from 2 to 7 business days from the date of order.

Rates: Shipping rates apply to destinations within the United States and Puerto Rico unless otherwise specified.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Transfer of Risk: Responsibility for the goods transfers to the Customer once the package is delivered to the carrier (F.O.B. Shipping Point). While we assist with tracking and carrier claims, Zolitta, LLC is not liable for carrier delays or errors once the tracking status is updated to "Accepted" or "In Transit".

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping fees for multiple items. Please inquire about combined shipping before placing your order.
3. International Orders
We do not offer international shipping by default. All international orders must be pre-approved. If you place an international order without prior contact, an additional shipping fee will be required. International sales are FINAL and non-returnable. The Customer is responsible for all international taxes and duties incurred.
4. Fraud Prevention and Security

Verification: Zolitta, LLC reserves the right to request a Government ID for verification on orders over $300 or for first-time customers. To ensure your privacy, all copies of IDs provided are used solely for identity confirmation and are securely deleted immediately after the order is processed.

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if fraud is suspected or verification is not provided.

Signature Requirement: A signature is mandatory for all orders exceeding $300. If you fail to sign and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Address Responsibility: The Customer assumes all responsibility for entering accurate shipping information. Zolitta, LLC will not replace orders free of charge if the address was entered incorrectly.

Lost Packages: Zolitta, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. Responsibility is relinquished to the intended receiver once the order leaves our facility.

Damage Claims: Customers must inspect all items upon receipt. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. In cases of latent (hidden) defects, claims must be reported as soon as they are discovered, but no later than 14 days after receipt. Photos of the damaged item and all original shipping materials are mandatory for claim processing.
6. Return and Refund Policy

General Items: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Ineligible Items: No returns are accepted for magazines, DVDs, grooming products (shampoos, sprays, liquids), blades, attachment combs, brushes, or combs due to hygiene and safety standards.

Packaging Requirement: Returns must be shipped in a box. Returns sent in soft mailing envelopes will be rejected to prevent product damage.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs on items sent back to us.
7. Professional Scissors & Shears Policy

Quality Control: All scissors undergo a strict double-control process: first at the factory and again immediately before shipping.

3-Day Inspection Window: All claims regarding physical damage or visible nicks must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt.

14-Day Restoration Service: If performance issues or blade concerns are discovered after the initial inspection but within 14 days of delivery, Zolitta, LLC may, at its discretion, accept the scissors for complimentary restoration.

Shipping for Restoration: The Customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs to and from our service center.

Final Sale: After 14 days from delivery, all sales are considered final. This policy does not cover drops, misuse, or repairs by unauthorized services.
8. Clipper Warranty

Coverage: 1-year limited warranty on the motor and control panel from the date of purchase.

Initial Period: Malfunctions within the first 15 days of use qualify for replacement. After 15 days, units will be repaired at Zolitta, LLC’s discretion.

Exclusions: Warranty excludes normal wear and tear of blades, shells, cord damage, or misuse.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zolitta, LLC be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, injury to animals, or injury to persons, arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
10. Class Action Waiver
The Customer agrees that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Statutory Rights Notice: These Terms & Conditions are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any portion hereof is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
