Shipping 2-7 business days from the date of the order depending on the area you live.
All shipping prices ( if not specified) are calculated for the USA and Puerto Rico only.
The tracking number will be e-mailed after we ship.
We do NOT ship internationally, but If you want to place an international order,
please contact us for the shipping quote prior to ordering.
IF YOU HAVE PLACED AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING US,
YOU HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA SHIPPING FEE. THERE WILL BE A 5% CHARGE FOR CANCELLED ORDER.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES.
If you are ordering multiple items, we can combine shipping fees.
Please, ask us about combined shipping BEFORE the order is placed.
For all orders over $250 signature is required.
We will gladly accept scissors in LIKE-NEW condition if you ship them back within 7(seven) days after receiving

All Items should have the original packaging, not used, not damaged, and not rusted.
Scissors MUST be shipped in the shipping box.
We will refuse the service/returns for other soft mailing packages. No exceptions.
NO RETURNS( excusing damaged products) :
*on all grooming magazines/DVDs,
*grooming products ( shampoos, conditioners, sprays),
*blades, attachments, and combs/brushes.
There will be a 20% restocking fee and freight charge for returnable goods.
There is NO warranty for blades and attachments.
Zolitta scissors Warranty: 6 months from the purchase date.
This warranty doesn't cover dropped or damaged ( nicks on blades) scissors.
Warranty will be voided if scissors are repaired by other than Zolitta authorized services.
Zolitta CLIPPERS warranty:
- All Zolitta clippers are guaranteed against the manufacturer’s defect for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Clippers are satisfaction guaranteed for the full cost of the clipper for a period of no longer than 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Clippers must be returned to the Zolitta shipping center, along with a copy of the purchase receipt. Acceptable returns include unopened and undamaged products only. Any returns that are damaged, dropped, misused, mishandled, abused, or otherwise uncared for will be rejected.
- Clippers that have any anomalies or malfunction during the first 15 days of use will be replaced with a new unit. Those that exceed the 15-day cutoff will be repaired. Zolitta, LLC reserves the right to replace or repair clippers as required. Warranty includes spare parts & labor should a repair be required.
- All clippers are to be sent freight pre-paid to our service center. If the clipper is covered under our warranty, a new or repaired unit will be shipped at no cost. If the unit is out of warranty, then all repair & freight charges are to be paid by the customer.
- Our warranty does not cover normal blade wear & tear or cord damage caused by usage or clipper mishandling.
- Our warranty will be deemed null & void if the clipper:
- * Has been treated carelessly
- * Has been used improperly
- * Has been used with an incorrect supply voltage
- * Has been used with accessories produced by any unauthorized company
Shipping fee will NOT be returned for ANY exchange or return orders.
