Warranty Information
Zolitta Quality & Inspection Policy
Strict Double Control: All scissors undergo a rigorous double-inspection process: at the factory and again immediately before shipping to ensure flawless performance.
Optimal Tension: All shears are professionally pre-set to the optimal tension before dispatch.
3-Day Inspection Window: Please inspect your scissors immediately. All claims for nicks, blade damage, or defects must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
14-Day Restoration Service: If nicks or blade damage are discovered after the 3-day window but within 14 days of delivery, Zolitta, LLC may, at its discretion, provide a complimentary restoration. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Final Sale: After 14 days, all sales are considered final and tools are assumed to be in proper working order through professional use.
Exclusions: This policy does not cover drops, misuse, or repairs by unauthorized services.
